Sentient Toys & Collectibles concepts and designs will result in the creation of superior and intricately detailed collectibles of myth, legend, fantasy and science fiction. SENTIENT TOYS PRE_ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
There are 2 options available for the pre-order of this product:
OPTION 1:
A NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit of $100.00 dollars is required if you wish to purchase this item. The Remaining Balance will be sent to you via invoice when item is in stock & ready to ship. An email will be sent out to you 10-14 days prior to item arriving at our warehouse ( this is a courtesy to get your funds together for the remaining balance) there will be a shipping & handling fee of $24.95 for this product that you will see in your invoice w/ remaining balance. The shipping charges are a Flat Rate for all US customer only. If you are a local customer you may pick up item at store location at no additional charge only pay remaining balance (if there is one). If you would like to arrange a payment plan for the remaining balance you may do so by communicating w/ The Lair Inc via telephone or email and an arrangement can be made(keep in mind any payments/deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE).If an item has been damaged during shipping – you must contact The Lair immediately so that the return/exchange/refund process begins(refund only if there is no replacement).
*International customers:
Unfortunately at this time we cannot give you an actual shipping quote as we only have product weight w/out proper packaging inner foam,product box, & brown shipping box but the estimated amount for international shipping will be about $95.00 US dollars – we are currently finalizing a deal w/ the manufacturer that will pass along savings towards the shipping price & Sentient Toys will also offer a 20% discount on top of any savings towards final shipping price. THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING QUOTE OF $95.00 IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE BASED ON PRODUCT WEIGHT ONLY. International shipping pricing is subject to change without notification.

Payment in full of $375.00 dollars + shipping Rate($24.95) flat rate for US customers only.
Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE (please read (R.E.R policy)
Local Pick Up is free at store location.

Balances:
Any Balance remaining once item is in stock will be held for 7 days.
After the time expires you will lose the initial deposit of $100.00 dollars that was made in order to reserve this item.
If you made additional deposits after the 100.00 dollars that money will be refunded to you in the event the transaction does not complete within the 7 days.
Manufacturer Defects Policy:
Sentient Toys will guarantee the product being sold. Sentient Toys will have someone personally in charge of quality control. If there is a major defect or paint issue Sentient toys will do everything in its power in making sure that you are most satisfied with our product.
There will be guidelines however to what are unacceptable defects. Please read carefully.
Unacceptable Defect guidelines:
*Statue arrives to you broken (refer to R.E.R policy)
*sTATUE FITTED PART DOES NOT FIT CORRECTLY
*sTATUE WOBBLES TOO MUCH ON BASE
*STATUE HAS CRACKED OR CHIPPED PAINT
*STATUE HAS MAJOR PAINT BLEEDING FROM ONE PART OF THE STATUE TO ANOTHER PART OF THE STATUE
*STATUE HAS MAJOR NICKS & SCRATCHES ON THE BASE OR STATUE ITSELF
-THESE ARE GUIDELINES FOR OUR PRODCUT UPON ARRIVAL TO THE CUSTOMER IF ANY OF THESE ISSUES SHOULD ARISE YOU MUST
CONTACT SENTIENT TOYS W/IN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.
International shipping deal:

CUSTOMERS – THIS INTURN SHOULD SAVE INTERNATINAL CUSTOMERS SOME MONEY & SENTIENT TOYS WILL OFFER AN ADDITIONAL 20% OFF

RETURNS/EXCHANGE/REFUND (R.E.R) policy:
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU RECEIVE ITEM DAMAGED ,PLEASE CONTACT sENTIENT TOYS OR THE LAIR INC IMMEDIATELY. WE UNDERSTAND THAT WAITING FOR THE SHIPPING CARRIER TO ISSUE AN INSURANCE CHECK IS A TEDIOUS PROCESS, THE QUICKER YOU TELL US THAT ITEM IS DAMAGED WE IMMEDIATELY HAVE THE SHIPPING CARRIER PICKUP THE ITEM BACK FROM YOU – ONCE THE ITEM IS IN THE CARRIERS POSSESION & RETURNED TO US OR KEPT BY THE CARRIER FOR INVESTIGATIVE PURPOSES WE WILL IMMEDIATELY SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT IF WE HAVE IT OR WE WILL IMMEDIATELY REFUND YOUR MONEY. A REFUND IS ONLY GIVEN IF THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT TO BE SENT BACK TO YOU.
IN THE EVENT THAT THE ITEM HAS A MAJOR DEFECT AS PER OUR DEFECT POLICY THEN AN EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT WILL OCCUR. WE WILL ARRANGE FOR THE DEFECTIVE ITEM BE PICKED UP BY THE CARRIER & ONCE WE RECEIVE THE ITEM & INSPECT THE ITEM THE REPLACEMENT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU IF THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU W/ IN 3 BUSINESS DAYS. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN BACK IF THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT ITEM.
