Pre-Order Policy: All Pre-order sales are final & are non-refundable. In the event that the manuacturer allocate any product we will notify you & refund you Immediately your purchase price.

Damage Policy: In the event you receive a damaged item – a claim will be filed with the shipping carrier insurance & will follow all neccessary protocols of the carriers investigation. Once there investigation is complete & the claim is approved a refund of the item will be granted. If shipping carrier does not approve claim please contact us & we will offer you other options that you are comfortable with.

Defective product: The Lair is not a manufacturer of the products we sell for other companies, we cannot be held responsible for defects beyond our control. If you feel that you do not want a product due to a manufacturer defect – You must send the product back with insurance at your expense,the item must be packaged in the exact same manner as we packaged when you received & all packing material as to avoid any further damage during transit for when we receive. Failure to follow these instructions will result in the delay of your refund. Once we receive the defective product we will assess the defect as per your email & confirm the defect once this is done we will send a replacement or refund you the cost of item only not the shipping cost. A refund is not automatic if we have a replacement of the exact item we will send out to you.

Domestic shipping: All items ship USPS. Any items that have a value of $250 or more must be sent with signature confirmation – NO EXCEPTIONS.
